The law requires the training to cover six specific areas: the definition of human trafficking and commercial exploitation of children; identifying people at risk; recognizing signs and potentially involved individuals; labor vs. sex trafficking in the inn industry; the role of hospitality employees in reporting/responding; and hotline/local law-enforcement contact information. This training is designed for employees, supervisors, managers, and other applicable hospitality personnel.
