The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 requires hospitality businesses like hotels to allow service animals to go anywhere that other guests are permitted, including indoor dining rooms. Service animals are protected by law, and businesses that violate the ADA can face serious penalties and lawsuits. In every state, it’s also a crime to deny access to disabled people with service animals.  This production will explain to the front desk how to handle situations in the hospitality environment.
